Tee

On

Tee On is a devoted 2D artist honing his craft from the time of early childhood. Absorbing much of the eastern culture in his adolescence. Tee devotes most of his inspiration from artists such as Gosho Aoyama (Detective Conan or Case Closed as it is known in the U.S.). Tee moved to the United States at the age of fourteen. It was then he began soaking in the influences of western art grabbing inspiration from Glen Murakami (Teen Titans, Murakami’s style being dubbed Murakanime). Tee also grabs much inspiration from early childhood video games he had clung to while newly in America, grabbing much of his English comprehension owed to games such as Pokémon. Tee happened upon the book series “The Art Of” in his local library and along with his strong influences it became the driving force that pushed his style into a harmonious blend of Eastern Anime and Western Animation.
