Jr.
Phillip Boutte Jr. is a Concept Artist/Production Designer for film, television, and music videos. He studied illustration at California State University Long Beach and graduated with a minor degree in film for Production Design. Phillip’s most recently worked on the highly acclaimed Marvel Blockbuster, Black Panther. His concepts and designs brought the characters to life.
