Karla Circe is a freelance artist from the Philippines with a passion for illustration and animation. She entered the local animation industry in 2017 where she worked as a background painter for foreign animated TV shows before fully becoming an independent artist. Her animated short Billy and Bonnie in All Shapes & Sizes was recently awarded the Grand Prize and Jury’s Citation in 2019’s Animahenasyon festival. Right now she’s working as a freelance animator for the educational HOOQ TV series, Sex Talks with Dr. Holmes. In her spare time she loves to fuss over her houseplants and take care of stray cats.
