Director of Visual Development

Andy Park is Marvel Studios’ Director of Visual Development. He and his team have been designing the heroes and villains of the Marvel Cinematic Universe throughout the past decade. He has worked on every single Marvel Studios film since Captain America: The First Avenger in 2010. Along with serving as a concept artist, Andy also leads the department and a team of artists on many of the films including Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Thor: Ragnarok, Ant-Man and the Wasp, Captain Marvel, and the highly anticipated films/projects, Black Widow, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, WandaVision, and Thor: Love and Thunder.

Previous to that, he was a leading concept artist on the God of War video game franchise (God of War II, God of War III, God of War: Chains of Olympus, God of War: Ascension). The first 10 years of Andy’s career was spent fulfilling a childhood dream of being a comic book artist. He has worked for Rob Liefeld’s Extreme Studios, Marc Silvestri’s Top Cow Productions on the top-selling Tomb Raider comic book series, and was a cover artist and penciler of several Marvel Comics including Excalibur, Weapon X, and Uncanny X-Men.
